Olympic Winter Games 2026

Milano Cortina 2026: every ski and snowboard result.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games ran from 6 to 22 February 2026 and are finished. This page gives every ski and snowboard podium as FIS recorded it, the three ski mountaineering races, and the disqualifications FIS's official results name. For how the programme was built, see the Olympic programme.

Status on 24 October 2026

The Games are finished. FIS counted 57 ski and snowboard medal events: 10 in alpine skiing, 12 in cross-country, 6 in ski jumping, 3 in Nordic combined, 15 in freestyle and 11 in snowboard. Ski mountaineering, which is governed by the ISMF and not by FIS, held 3 more. The ski and snowboard competitions ran from 7 to 22 February 2026. Search summaries of the IOC's own site say the opening ceremony was at San Siro in Milan on 6 February and the closing ceremony in the Verona Arena on 22 February; the IOC site timed out every time it was tried for this research, so those two details are unconfirmed.

The results below come from FIS's daily reports, its discipline news and its official results database. Where a name or a time rests only on a search summary, or on a broadcaster, newspaper or Wikipedia, the page says so.

Where each sport was held

  • Men's alpine skiing: Bormio, on the Stelvio.
  • Women's alpine skiing: Cortina d'Ampezzo, on the Olimpia delle Tofane.
  • Cross-country, and the cross-country part of Nordic combined: Tesero.
  • Ski jumping: Predazzo.
  • Freestyle skiing and snowboard: Livigno.
  • Ski mountaineering: Bormio.

Women's slalom18 Feb, CortinaMikaela Shiffrin (USA), by 1.50 sCamille Rast (SUI)Anna Swenn Larsson (SWE)

Both team combined events were held at the Olympics for the first time. FIS called the men's downhill the first gold of the Games, and said that von Allmen's super-G made him only the third man to win three alpine golds at one Games, and the first since 1968. FIS called Pinheiro Braathen's giant slalom Brazil's first Winter Olympic medal, and Meillard's slalom the end of a 78-year Swiss wait for that title. FIS called Shiffrin's slalom her third Olympic title and her first since 2018. FIS also reported that Lindsey Vonn crashed in the women's downhill.

Some times come from Ski Racing's recap rather than FIS: the women's team combined winning time of 2:21.66 (silver +0.05, bronze +0.25), the men's super-G times (1:25.32, then +0.13 and +0.28), the men's slalom times (1:53.61, then +0.35 and +1.13) and Shiffrin's 1:39.10. Ski Racing gives the same podiums and times as FIS for the women's downhill and the men's team combined.

The women's giant slalom, recorded two ways by FIS. FIS's official results list Hector and Stjernesund together in second place, and its Daily Breakdown 9 says the silver was shared. The medal table printed on that same Daily Breakdown puts Stjernesund in the bronze column. This page follows the official results list.

Klaebo won all six men's events. FIS says his 10 km gold, his eighth at the Olympics, equalled Bjoern Daehlie's record, his relay gold made him the most decorated Olympic cross-country skier, and the 50 km took his Olympic gold total to 11. FIS called Andersson the first Olympic women's 50 km champion.

Two podiums are incomplete in the sources. On the women's skiathlon, FIS's daily report implies that Andersson was second without saying so, so her silver is unconfirmed. On the men's sprint, the FIS daily report names only Klaebo; Ogden's silver and Vike's bronze, and the times, come from search summaries of FIS news pages and are unconfirmed.

The women's large hill and the men's super team were Olympic events for the first time. Slovenia defended its mixed team title. Domen Prevc set a hill record of 141.5 m on the large hill, and Kvandal set the women's hill record of 133.5 m; FIS says Stroem became the first woman to win both hills at one Games. A snowstorm cancelled the last round of the super team, so the standings after two jumps stood. In the men's normal hill, the FIS daily report names only Raimund and mentions a shared bronze; the silver and bronze names, and Raimund's points total, come from a search summary of a FIS news page and are unconfirmed.

Dual moguls was new to the Olympics. Woods and Kingsbury tied on 83.71 in the men's moguls, and the tie was broken on the turns score. FIS's notes on the records: Gremaud retained her slopestyle title; Kingsbury's dual moguls gold was his fifth Olympic medal, the most by any freestyle skier at that point; Tabanelli's bronze was the first Italian Olympic freestyle medal; Frostad's 98.50 was the highest single-run score in Olympic freeski; Xu was the first to defend an Olympic aerials title; the USA retained the mixed team aerials title; Tomasoni beat Fiva for silver in a photo finish; and Gu's halfpipe gold made her the most decorated Olympic freestyle skier, with three golds and three silvers from six starts.

Karl retained his parallel giant slalom title, and FIS calls Zamfirov's bronze Bulgaria's first Olympic snowboard medal. FIS calls the mixed team snowboard cross Great Britain's first Olympic gold in a snow sport, and says Sadowski-Synnott's five career Olympic medals make her the most decorated Olympic snowboarder. The men's halfpipe scores are from a FIS results page as seen in search. FIS's daily report spells the women's halfpipe bronze medallist's given name two ways; we use Mitsuki.

Ski mountaineering (3 events, Bormio)

Ski mountaineering is run by the ISMF, not FIS, and was added to the Olympic programme for these Games. The ISMF's own results page was not found, so these results come from NBC Olympics, the American broadcaster.

  • Women's sprint, 19 February 2026, Stelvio Ski Centre, Bormio: gold Marianne Fatton (SUI), silver Emily Harrop (FRA), bronze Ana Alonso Rodriguez (ESP). The date comes from a search summary.
  • Men's sprint, 19 February 2026, Bormio: gold Oriol Cardona Coll (ESP), silver Nikita Filippov (AIN, an individual neutral athlete), bronze Thibault Anselmet (FRA).
  • Mixed relay, Bormio: gold France (Harrop, Anselmet), silver Switzerland (Fatton, Jon Kistler), bronze Spain (Alonso Rodriguez, Cardona Coll). A search summary of a Planet Mountain report gives a winning time of 26:57.44 and an 11.86 s gap to silver, but that page returned an error when opened, so the time is unconfirmed, and the race date was not confirmed either.

Disqualifications in FIS's official results

FIS bans fluorinated wax and fluorine-containing tuning products in all its disciplines under ICR rule 222.8; the ban and how FIS tests for it are on wax and the fluor ban.

FIS's official result list for the women's sprint classic qualification at Tesero on 10 February 2026 records two disqualifications, both of Korean skiers: Dasom Han (bib 74) and Eui Jin Lee (bib 84). For each, the list gives the reason as a violation of ICR 222.8, used fluorinated wax products. Press reports (Newsweek and Fox News, as summarised in search results) say the Korea Ski Association questioned the finding and that both skiers' equipment passed testing at their next race; those reports are unconfirmed, and no appeal or Court of Arbitration for Sport decision was found.

Press reports also described a disqualification in another Livigno event in the same week. No FIS page reached for this research gives a reason for it, so we do not name the athlete or say why it happened. Accounts of the timing also differ: FIS's results date that race to 8 February, two days before the sprint qualification, while Newsweek's summary describes the gap as one day.
